Fig Jam

Our fig jam is produced with soft, matured figs that are ideal for savoury taste combinations because of their smooth, sweet flavors. When cooked in tiny quantities, a deep, rich flavor of fruit is produced. Our fig jam tastes well on cheese platters, paired with Brie, aged cheddars, blue cheeses, and toast. It also works well in flavorful glazes for meats and vegetables.
